OK To Leave
Tick YES Only if your order is "OK to Leave" By ticking YES you are authorising the courier to leave your parcel unattended at your address. Please ensure that it is safe for the courier company to leave this parcel at your address before selecting this option. Ecodownunder do not take responsibility for stolen parcels, these must be reported to the police.
Not OK to Leave
Tick NO Only if your order is "Not OK to Leave" and a signature is required as proof of delivery. If no one is home to accept, the Courier will leave a card with a number for you to call and organise re-delivery at a more convenient time for you.
Parcel undelivered - if the courier has attempted to deliver your parcel, but has been unsuccessful, then your parcel may be returned to Ecodownunder. If this occurs, we will contact you to organise re-delivery (there may be charges associated with the re-delivery of your order).
We endeavour to get your order picked and packed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
We will use SENDLE Couriers where possible, and Australia Post (depending on delivery address) to deliver all parcels - NOTE We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Lost Parcels
At Ecodownunder, we strive to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all orders. However, when parcels are dispatched through third-party Couriers or Australia Post, there may occasionally be unforeseen delays in the delivery process. These delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, high delivery volumes, or logistical issues.
Investigation Process:
In the event that a parcel is delayed or marked as "not delivered” or “missing," we begin an investigation with the relevant Courier or Australia Post. This process can take time, as the courier or postal service works to locate the parcel and verify its status. We ask that our customers allow sufficient time for the investigation to be completed before we take further action.
