Delivery of Your Order


With the exception of some country and island areas where costs are high, we may have to pass on some of the charges for large or bulky orders.  We will contact you should this be the case.

Estimated Delivery time frames are based on the time taken once the order has been picked up from our Warehouse.

NOTE:  We do not deliver to  POST OFFICE BOXES or PARCEL LOCKERS.  Please contact us if this is your only option.

OK To Leave

Tick YES Only if your order is "OK to Leave"  By ticking YES you are authorising the courier to leave your parcel unattended at your address.  Please ensure that it is safe for the courier company to leave this parcel at your address before selecting this option.  Ecodownunder do not take responsibility for stolen parcels, these must be reported to the police.

Not OK to Leave

Tick NO Only if your order  is "Not OK to Leave"  and a signature is required as proof of delivery. If no one is home to accept, the Courier will leave a card with a number for you to call and organise re-delivery at a more convenient time for you.

Parcel undelivered - if the courier has attempted to deliver your parcel, but has been unsuccessful, then your parcel may be returned to Ecodownunder.  If this occurs, we will contact you to organise re-delivery (there may be charges associated with the re-delivery of your order).

We endeavour to get your order picked and packed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. 

We will use SENDLE Couriers where possible, and Australia Post (depending on delivery address) to deliver all parcels - NOTE We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Lost Parcels

Ecodownunder will work with Australia Post or Sendle - Courier Service to assist in locating lost parcels.  

  • Check Tracking Number to Determine Delivery Date
    Please ensure that you have checked the tracking number to determine if your parcel has been delivered or is about to be delivered.

  • Parcel Not Delivered by Delivery Date
    If the parcel has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date, please notify Australia Post or Sendle - depending which company was delivering your parcel.  You can also contact Ecodownunder and we will raise a "lost parcel" enquiry on your behalf and follow up.

  • Stolen Parcel
    If proof of delivery is provided from Australia Post or Sendle, but parcel appears to stolen, please report this to the police.   

    Australia Post and Sendle do not provide any insurance should this occur.

    Also, please provide feedback to Ecodownunder in relation the lost parcel.
