In some regional or island areas where delivery costs are higher, additional shipping charges may apply for large or bulky items. If this affects your order, we’ll get in touch before dispatch.

  • Estimated Delivery time frames are based on the time taken once the order has been picked up from our Warehouse.
  • NOTE:  We do not deliver to  POST OFFICE BOXES or PARCEL LOCKERS.  Please contact us if this is your only option.

OK To Leave

Tick YES only if your order is "OK to Leave"  By ticking YES you are authorising the courier to leave your parcel unattended at your address.  Please ensure that it is safe for the courier company to leave this parcel at your address before selecting this option.  Ecodownunder do not take responsibility for stolen parcels, these must be reported to the police.

Not OK to Leave

Tick NO Only if your order  is "Not OK to Leave"  and a signature is required as proof of delivery. If no one is home to accept, the Courier will leave a card with a number for you to call and organise re-delivery at a more convenient time for you.

Parcel undelivered - if the courier has attempted to deliver your parcel, but has been unsuccessful, then your parcel may be returned to Ecodownunder.  If this occurs, we will contact you to organise re-delivery (there may be charges associated with the re-delivery of your order).

We endeavour to get your order picked and packed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. 

We will use SENDLE Couriers where possible, and Australia Post (depending on delivery address) to deliver all parcels - NOTE We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Lost Parcels

At Ecodownunder, we take great care to ensure all orders are delivered promptly and efficiently. However, as deliveries are managed by third-party couriers and Australia Post, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control — such as weather conditions, high delivery volumes, or logistical issues.

If a parcel appears to be lost, an initial investigation will be conducted to determine what has happened. During this process, the parcel may still be located within the courier network and successfully delivered. We appreciate your patience while this investigation takes place.

Investigation Process

If a parcel is delayed or marked as “not delivered” or “missing,” we will initiate an investigation with the relevant courier or Australia Post. This process may take some time as the delivery provider works to locate the parcel and confirm its status. We kindly ask customers to allow adequate time for the investigation to be completed before any further action is taken.

Policy on Resending or Refunding

We understand that delayed or lost parcels can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience while we work to resolve the issue. Please note the following guidelines regarding replacements and refunds:

Investigation Timeline:
An official investigation will be initiated with the third-party courier or Australia Post. The timeframe for this process can vary, but it generally takes 5–7 business days for updates and resolution.

Resending Orders:
Orders will not be resent until the investigation has been completed and confirmation has been received that the original parcel cannot be located or delivered. This ensures that duplicate orders are not dispatched unnecessarily.

Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued once the investigation confirms that the parcel is lost or undeliverable. We are unable to process refunds prior to this confirmation.

Our team will keep you updated throughout the investigation and notify you of the outcome as soon as it is available.
