By purchasing products from Ecodownunder, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


Website Sales

  • Once an order is processed, it cannot be altered or changed.
  • Ecodownunder may offer promotions and sales that are exclusive to the Ecodownunder website and will not apply to any retail stores.
  • Prices may occasionally vary between Ecodownunder retail stores and the online store.
  • While Ecodownunder makes every effort to fill your order, in the event an item is out of stock, we will email you and offer a similar replacement product or issue a full refund.
  • Please note that the colour of the product displayed on your screen may not exactly match the colour of the actual product. This is due to differences in device displays. We encourage you to verify the colour of the product before unfolding the item or removing the packaging ribbon.
  • For hygiene reasons, products that have been “tried” or “placed” on a bed are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

Online Discount Vouchers or Codes

  • Only authorised Ecodownunder discount codes are valid. These codes may be withdrawn at any time.

Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates can be redeemed online or in-store.
  • For online purchases, gift certificates will be emailed automatically. To redeem in-store, a printed copy must be presented at the store.
  • Gift certificates will not be replaced, refunded, or reissued if lost, destroyed, or altered in any way.

Free Delivery over $100 (Australia Only)

  • Ecodownunder offers free delivery on all orders over $100 within Australia. Exceptions may apply to bulky orders or the delivery is to a remote location – should this be the case then Ecodownunder will contact you with any additional delivery fees.
  • Orders under $100 will incur, at a minimum,  a $10 delivery fee - depending on delivery address.
  • Tracking numbers are emailed the customer for each delivery – it is the customers responsibility to check the tracking information for delivery updates.
  • If an order is not collected or returned to our warehouse because it was not signed for or picked up, a minimum charge of $10 will apply for re-delivery.
  • Please note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. If this is your only option, please email us directly for assistance at Service@ecodownunder.com.au.
