By purchasing from Ecodownunder, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be amended.
Some promotions and offers are exclusive to our online store and are not available in our retail stores.
Prices may occasionally differ between our online and retail stores.
We make every effort to fulfil all orders. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you by email to offer a suitable alternative or a full refund for the unavailable item. We will only substitute a product with your agreement.

Product colours may appear differently depending on your device and screen settings. Please check the colour of your item before unfolding it or removing any packaging ribbon.
For hygiene reasons, items that have been tried or placed on a bed are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Nothing in these terms or our Returns Policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Only discount codes authorised by Ecodownunder will be accepted.
Discount codes are subject to the conditions of the relevant offer and may be withdrawn at any time before use.

Gift certificates can be redeemed online or in our retail stores.
Gift certificates purchased online are automatically delivered by email. A printed copy must be presented for in-store redemption.
Please keep your gift certificate secure. Lost, destroyed or altered certificates cannot be replaced or reissued. Gift certificates are not refundable except where required by law.

Free delivery on orders over $100

Free delivery is available for orders over $100 within Australia, subject to exceptions for bulky orders and remote delivery locations.
If an additional delivery fee applies, we will contact you to confirm the cost before dispatch.
Orders of $100 or less incur a delivery fee starting from $10, depending on the delivery address.
Tracking details are emailed for each shipment. Please monitor your tracking information for delivery updates and collection requirements.
If an order is returned to our warehouse because it was not collected or a required signature could not be obtained, a redelivery fee starting from $10 will apply.
We do not ordinarily deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. If this is your only delivery option, please contact service@ecodownunder.com.au before placing your order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms published at the time you place your order will apply to that purchase.
