Do you offer wholesale accounts?

Our Trade Programme is designed for approved businesses using Ecodownunder products within their properties or projects. It is not a general wholesale programme for businesses purchasing products for resale.

Does trade pricing apply to every product?

Trade pricing applies to selected products and collections. Some products such as sale items and special offers may be excluded.

Can trade prices be combined with other discounts?

Trade pricing cannot generally be combined with promotional offers, discount codes or sale pricing unless otherwise stated.

Can I purchase individual sheets?

Yes. Many of our commercial sheet ranges are available as separate fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases, as well as complete sets.

Do you have minimum order quantities?

No we do not have minimum quantities when ordering for trade.

Can you help with a larger property fit-out?

Yes. Contact us with your room numbers, bed sizes, preferred products and required delivery date, and we can assist with product selection and quantities.

What are your delivery charges?

We offer free shipping over $100 Australia Wide.
However, additional charges may apply to bulky orders or deliveries to remote areas. We will advise you if additional freight charges are required.
