To return an item during that period, whether you purchase from our Online Store or in a Retail store - all returns must be in original condition, have tags attached and be unused/unwashed and in original packaging and all items must include proof of purchase.
We are unable to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or washed or removed from their original packaging.
The above excludes the following products that cannot be returned for change or mind or if an incorrect size selection was made:

Can I return to an Ecodownunder Store?
Product Exchanges - Any purchase made from our Online Store can be returned to an Ecodownunder store for an exchange only (not a refund). You must have a copy of your online receipt/invoice when requesting an exchange in store.
Refunds - Ecodownunder Retail Stores cannot refund an order. However, you can take the return to the Store and they will return to our Warehouse who will issue the refund, assuming they meet the Return Policy. You must include a copy of your invoice/receipt with the return.

Note: Ecodownunder does not refund postage for change of mind returns. Where free shipping was offered a flat rate of $10 will be deducted from the refund for any change of mind returns.
If the colour is not quite what you wanted, please do not use, open or wash the products, but return to us for a refund.
Please send your returns, with the Returns Form to:THIS EXCLUDES THE FOLLOWING PRODUCT THAT CANNOT BE RETURN FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR IF INCORRECT SELECTION WAS MADE.
The product must have been purchased within 3 months of notifying Ecodownunder of the fault.
Please note that wear and tear of the product under normal use is not considered a fault. If you are unsure, please email
Service@ecodownunder.com.au and include a photo of the fault.
Once we receive the product, we will review and if it is faulty, we will provide a replacement or full refund (you decide which you want) and we will refund any postal costs incurred for the return.
