To initiate a return, whether purchased from our online store or a retail location, please ensure the following conditions are met:
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging. This includes any product placed on a bed or mattress.
Exclusions:
The following items cannot be returned for a change of mind or incorrect size selection:
Additionally, SALE or CLEARANCE items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Returning an Online purchased order to an Ecodownunder Store

Note: Ecodownunder does not refund shipping fees for change of mind returns. If free shipping was offered, a flat rate of $10 will be deducted from the refund amount for any change of mind returns.
If the colour is not as expected, please refrain from using, opening, or washing the products. Return them to us for a refund.

Faulty Products
If you believe a product is faulty, it must have been purchased within three months of notifying Ecodownunder of the issue. Please note that wear and tear from normal use is not considered a fault.
For assistance, please email us at service@ecodownunder.com.au with a photo of the fault. Upon receiving the returned product, we will assess the issue and, if deemed faulty, offer store credit, a replacement or refund. We will also refund any postal costs incurred for return that is deemed faulty.
Faulty items can also be returned to one of our Retail stores for processing.
