We understand that sometimes you just change your mind. That’s why you can return most things anytime up to a year after purchase for a full refund or exchange. 

All returns must be in original condition, have tags attached and be unused/unwashed and in original packaging and include proof of purchase.

We are unable to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or washed or removed from their original packaging.

Note:  Ecodownunder does not refund postage for change of mind returns.  Where free shipping was offered a flat rate of $10 will be deducted from the refund for any change of mind returns.

If the colour is not quite what you wanted, please do not use, open or wash the products, but return to us for a refund.

  • sale or clearance items

Faulty products

Please note that wear and tear of the product under normal use is not considered a fault.

The product must have been purchased within 6 months of notifying Ecodownunder of the fault.

If a product is considered faulty, you can return it to either our online store (via mail) or to one of our retail stores, along with proof of purchase.

Once the product is has been assessed, and if determined to be faulty, we will provide a replacement or full refund (you decide which you want) and we will refund any postal costs incurred for the return.
