Returns - Online or in a Retail Store

We understand that sometimes you just change your mind. That’s why you can return most things anytime up to a year after purchase for a full refund or exchange. 

To return an item during that period, whether you purchase from our Online Store or in a Retail store - all returns must be in original condition, have tags attached and be unused/unwashed and in original packaging and all items must include proof of purchase.

We are unable to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or washed or removed from their original packaging.

The above excludes the following products that cannot be returned for change or mind or if an incorrect size selection was made:

  • pillows
  • cushion inserts
  • quilts
  • under blankets / underlays / mattress toppers
  • mattress and pillow protectors
  • sale or clearance items - these are considered a final sale

Online Returns

Note: any purchase made from our Online Store cannot be refunded or exchange in any Ecodownunder Retail Store, they must be returned to the address on the Returns Form

Note:  Ecodownunder does not refund postage for change of mind returns.  Where free shipping was offered a flat rate of $10 will be deducted from the refund for any change of mind returns.

If the colour is not quite what you wanted, please do not use, open or wash the products, but return to us for a refund.

Faulty products

The product must have been purchased within  3 months of notifying Ecodownunder of the fault.

Please note that wear and tear of the product under normal use is not considered a fault.  If you are unsure, please email

Service@ecodownunder.com.au and include a photo of the fault.

Once we receive the product, we will review and if it is faulty, we will provide a replacement or full refund (you decide which you want) and we will refund any postal costs incurred for the return.
