Caring for your Australian Made Duck Down Quilt

  • We recommend that you use a Quilt Cover on your Duck Down Quilt to help protect the quilt and keep it clean.
  • Spot clean your quilt using a mild detergent with cold water.
  • Hand-wash using a delicate, mild detergent in cold or warm water.
  • Line dry and be patient as the down may take a little longer to dry.  You can use a dryer on a very low heat setting to finish off your duck down quilt.  You can toss in a dryer or tennis ball as this can help break up any feather clumps as it dries.
  • Every few years have your Duck Down Quilt professionally cleaned by a reputable Cleaner who work with natural fibres and use environmentally friendly cleaning agents.
