With the exception of high delivery costs in some country and island areas we may have to pass on some of the charges for large or bulky orders. We will contact you should this be the case.
Tick YES Only if your order is "OK to Leave" By ticking YES you are authorising the courier to leave your parcel unattended at your address. Please ensure that it is safe for the courier company to leave this parcel at your address before selecting this option.
Tick NO Only if your order is "Not OK to Leave" and a signature is required as proof of delivery. If no one is home to accept, the Courier will leave a card with a number for you to call and organise re-delivery at a more convenient time for you.
Parcel undelivered - if the courier has attempted to deliver your parcel, but has been unsuccessful, then your parcel may be returned to Ecodownunder. If this occurs, we will contact you to organise re-delivery (there may be charges associated with the re-delivery of your order).
We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible, however, we depend on third parties to do this. We use SENDLE where possible to deliver all parcels.

Ecodownunder will appear on your credit card or bank statement for any payments made.
We accept online payment in a secure environment via Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) PayPal or Bank Transfer.
All prices are quoted in Australia Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
We understand that sometimes you just change your mind. That’s why you can return most things anytime up to a year after purchase for a full refund or exchange.
All returns must be in original condition, have tags attached and be unused/unwashed.

Exclusions - due to Health Concerns:
If a product is considered faulty, you can return it to either our online store (via mail) or to one of our retail stores, along with proof of purchase.
Once the product is has been assessed, and if determined to be faulty, we will provide a replacement or full refund (you decide which you want) and we will refund any postal costs for the return.
