Pre Ordering

Where reasonable, Ecodownunder will offer Customers the opportunity to pre-order products.

These products may include:

• Core products that are running late (primarily due to COVID-19), such as Eco Cotton Sheets and Organic Cotton Sheets, or;
• New Products being introduced into our ranges.

Any product that can be pre-ordered will have a pre-order box that can be selected.  The products will be added to your cart and payment due at checkout to secure the products.

The date specified for any pre-order products is the date that they are scheduled to arrive at our Warehouse.

These products would then normally be dispatched via Courier or Australia Post the next 1-2 business day.
