Online Customer Service Rep

Position: Online Customer Service Rep

Role:  Overseeing the day-to-day processing & completion of online sales from our warehouse in Warriewood.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing/Responding to customer enquiries via emails or phone
  • Providing customer assistance in relation to their online sales where needed
  • Liaising with Couriers/Aust Post in relation to customer orders/delivery where needed
  • Processing online orders, including checking & packing, and ensuring they are dispatched within a timely manner.
  • Providing general assistance to Retail Store staff
  • Keeping up to date with online procedures and providing feedback on procedures where applicable

 Must have:

  • Excellent people and communication skills.
  • Quick and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Great energy and enthusiasm.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as a team player and independently.
  • Computer skills - minimal use of eMail, Online Reporting, Web Sites and Point of Sale.
