Position: Online Customer Service Rep
Role: Overseeing the day-to-day processing & completion of online sales from our warehouse in Warriewood.
- Reviewing/Responding to customer enquiries via emails or phone
- Providing customer assistance in relation to their online sales where needed
- Liaising with Couriers/Aust Post in relation to customer orders/delivery where needed
- Processing online orders, including checking & packing, and ensuring they are dispatched within a timely manner.
- Providing general assistance to Retail Store staff
- Keeping up to date with online procedures and providing feedback on procedures where applicable
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Quick and effective problem-solving skills.
- Great energy and enthusiasm.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as a team player and independently.
- Computer skills - minimal use of eMail, Online Reporting, Web Sites and Point of Sale.
